Will has been working in the communications and wireless industry for over 25 years, with experience in networking, internet service provision and mobile services.
In 2012, he co-founded Performance Networks and has spent the last 13 years helping to grow the business into the trusted, client-focused company it is today as Director.
Will’s focus is on commercial Wi‑Fi, delivering reliable, high-performance networks for all kinds of spaces, from retail stores and offices to hospitals, schools, hotels, and busy public venues.
He’s also known for his strong leadership and organisational skills, building high-performing teams and making sure every project runs smoothly and delivers excellent results.
Will took part in the Goldman Sachs Small Business programme, which gave him solid, hands-on training in business strategy and growth planning.
Before launching Performance Networks, Will gained a wide breadth of experience in internet service provision and network security, gaining valuable experience in network delivery, customer service, and commercial operations.
Since co-founding Performance Networks, he has been focused on growing the business and ensuring that clients across all sectors receive the right Wi-Fi solutions for their needs.
Will’s all about building a strong team and creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and able to grow. He’s also passionate about delivering superior service and pushing Performance Networks to be known not just for great tech, but for being reliable, innovative, and easy to work with.
