Operating across the US, UK, and EU, they specialise in Named Patient Programs (NPP), Expanded Access Programs (EAP), Clinical Trial Sourcing, and Post-Approval Named Patient Supply. Their mission is to enhance patient outcomes by ensuring timely access to essential treatments worldwide.

As part of their continued growth, WEP Clinical expanded its UK operations with the acquisition of a new warehouse facility.

Challenge

WEP Clinical approached Performance Networks with an urgent requirement: a newly acquired warehouse facility needed a whole network infrastructure install from the ground up. The site had no existing connectivity, and with the facility due to go live, time was of the essence. They needed a reliable, high-performance warehouse WiFi and network solution, delivered fast.

Our Solution

Our team delivered a complete end-to-end WiFi network installation on a rapid turnaround schedule, enabling WEP Clinical to bring their new warehouse facility online without delay. The project began with a detailed WiFi site survey, allowing us to map out optimal access point placement and ensure strong, consistent wireless coverage across the entire warehouse. From there, we installed fully structured cabling and new network cabinets to establish a robust physical backbone for the site. Enterprise-grade Ruckus Access Points were strategically placed to support high-performance WiFi throughout the facility, essential for day-to-day operations, including the use of scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse management systems. A Fortinet Firewall and managed switches were also implemented to provide secure, scalable connectivity and protect the network from external threats. Following installation, WEP Clinical continues to benefit from our fully managed service, which includes proactive monitoring, technical support, and regular maintenance to ensure long-term network reliability and optimal performance.
